I always return because it's been great. The staff helped with directions on my first stay. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a flat-screen TV. See you again for Christmas!

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: The rooms at this guest house are like cozy little havens. With their air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and comfy beds, it feels like staying in a luxury hotel rather than a guest house.
Early Check-Out Time: 10 o'clock check-out time is a bit early for those with later flights. It would have been nice if the staff could have been more flexible and allowed a check-out time closer to noon.

I had an exceptional stay at this guest house located in a beautiful city. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops and a metro station, making it convenient to explore other tourist spots in Rome. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to provide recommendations and answer any questions. The complimentary snacks and drinks added a nice touch to my stay.
The weak wifi signal into the rooms could be improved.

The room was perfectly clean and silent with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea making machines.
Peaceful, clean venue with great and particularly good location really close to many tourist spots, bus stops for visits to Rome's other attractions, and a beautiful area of Rome near the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms at this guest house are so spacious, they make you feel like you're in a luxurious penthouse rather than just a hotel room. The amount of space is simply mind-boggling, especially if you're used to cramped accommodations. You could probably fit an elephant in here!
Weak WiFi Signal.

The room was absolutely amazing, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It had a lovely tile/marble floor, making it feel elegant and stylish. I loved having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my room. It made it really convenient to unwind and watch my favorite shows after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning in the room was a blessing, especially during the hot summer days in Rome. It kept the room cool and comfortable all day long. The private balcony in the double room was a great addition. It allowed me to enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful city views. The fridge in the room was handy for storing drinks and snacks. It saved me from having to make frequent trips to the kitchenette. The shower in the room was fantastic. It had good water pressure and temperature control, giving me a refreshing start to my day. It was a pleasant surprise to find free toiletries in the room. It made packing lighter and more convenient for me.
Personally, I would have preferred a room with a bathtub instead of just a shower. But I understand that others might find the shower more practical and enjoyable.

The hosts, Vittoria and Francesca, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for food and drinks. I loved the added convenience of the shared kitchenette and coffee machine. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo. Despite a few minor drawbacks like some noise from the hallway and water temperature issues, overall I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a holiday and felt like a VIP in their beautiful garden. So close to St. Peter's Square, I practically had the Pope as my neighbor. Loved it!
Coffee machine in the lobby? How outrageous!

As a frequent traveler to Rome, I have finally found my home away from home at Civico 7. I stayed here for 6 weeks and it exceeded all my expectations. The peaceful and safe location, coupled with clean rooms and well-equipped kitchenette, made it a perfect choice. The hosts, Francesca and Vittoria, were amazing and took excellent care of us. With only three rooms, it never felt crowded. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough.
100% Recommend this hotel.
